How to Receive Your Own Offer Proposal
Statewide Minerals Company process is designed to offer royalty owners an easy and efficient way to liquidate their properties at no cost to the seller. Our in-house engineering and experience allow us to make quick evaluations on any property you might have. We can generally evaluate your property, get back to you with a proposal and upon acceptance, get the paper work out to you within 48 hours. Upon verification of title and interest we complete the transaction in a timely manner at no cost to you, the seller.

2. They will ask you for some information about your property and answer any questions you might have regarding receiving an offer or liquidating your property.
3. Send 1-3 recent check statements from the company that disburses revenue to you on the property you wish us to evaluate.
4. Our in house engineering will evaluate your property and formulate a verbal or written offer (which ever you prefer) and you will be contacted within 48 hours.
5. Upon your verbal or written acceptance (once again, which ever you prefer), Statewide will then forward to you the necessary paperwork with detailed instructions to complete the transaction.
